Frustration is just NFs anwser to Migraine, but its the degen that makes Migraine more fun imo.

Fun has nothing to do with it, frustration is as good and probably better than migraine and its not even elite. I personally hate getting interupted... it is... frustrating. This skill just makes an interupt mesmer or even a ranger can use this, that much better. Imagine a R/Me using this and magebane shot... lame? very. Its not balanced at all.
